Join us on Friday, September 25, 2026, for Measurement with Meaning: An Honorary Symposium for Dr. Kurt Geisinger. This one-day symposium will honor Dr. Geisinger’s contributions to measurement during his professional career in the areas of admissions testing; the validity and fairness of test use; and licensure, certification, and employment testing.

We are pleased to welcome an outstanding group of Dr. Geisinger's peers and former students for this special event. Their expertise and leadership in the field of measurement, along with thoughtful discussion of Dr. Geisinger’s contributions, current issues, and future directions, promise to offer engaging discussions and valuable insights for attendees. 

Location

The symposium will be held at the Wick Alumni Center on the University of Nebraska–Lincoln campus, 1520 R St., Lincoln, NE 68508-1651. 

Registration

Attendance is free, but registration is required. Participation is limited to the first 100 registrants. Register by Friday, August 21, 2026.
